It was as if they didn t put a lot of effort into what they were doing. The timing was absolutely terrible, the pool should have taken a couple months to construct and it was closer to a full year. We had structural problems such as cracks in the concrete. When we called to get answers, they blew us off and just acted like it was not that big of a deal to them.
