There were (4) workers on this project. The owner showed up later that afternoon to assist. The weather caused a 2hr delay in work from about 9am to 11am. All of the ROOF OSB was pulled up and layed. The Cornice work appeared to be complete. I did not find out it wasn't until the siding contractor came out at a later date and spent a half day finishing it out. The H-Clips did not get installed, but a pneumatic air nailer was left behind, I guess in hopes that I would finish it.... At some time between June and November before I returned, IT WAS GONE! I was a few days out from leaving for 5 months so I did not inspect their work thoroughly that day. I cut them a check for 3k and they left. The comment that sticks out in my mind was, "Just don't tell anyone how cheap we are." I didn't think that their service was cheap at all. They finished the last 15% of a 9K Job for 3K.... When I noticed that the H-Clips had not been completed I tried contacting the Owner for an explanation and to set up a return time. I have yet to get a return phone call. (Feb 2010 - 8 Months!) This week I finally installed the Hurricane Clips myself, This was 6hrs out of my day on top of what I paid this company. Good luck if you decide to use this company in the future!

They removed the old pipes, which were very old and deteriorating badly. They were very polite and professional and kept me well informed. They kept at it and were able to complete the job in only 2 weeks. They replaced everything under the house and in the kitchen and bathroom. They were better than average contractors and they really cared about their work.
