Because I know the owner and his family personally, I was hesitant on using their services because sometimes it isn't a good idea to mix personal with business. Well, I'm glad I took the chance because I was very pleased with their services. Not only did I use them for the initial inspection on my new home last year, but I hired them again to do a routine spray to get rid of the few ants I had seen in the house. They are very responsive and professional. I was treated as a customer, with business professionalism and none of the casualness I've experienced in these situations (other companies) in the past. I really appreciated that. They were on time and very thorough in their work. They sprayed inside, outside, and underneath our home. They also took the time to explain the types of chemicals they use so I would feel comfortable having my two cats there while they sprayed.

I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I have been using his services for about ten years. I started using their services after they were recommended by a friend. Roger, the owner, is an honest and knowledgeable man. He is able to advise you and suggest areas in different fields. He initially told me about an issue I had under my house. We went to look at it and he told me what was going on. He never pressures you with the repairs. Roger's son does have a business that can complete these type of repairs. Because I trust Roger, I trust his son and I had them complete the repairs last summer. The work that they did saved my bathroom from falling through the ground. He is very responsive and he provides a very detailed print out of everything he completed with each treatment and inspection. His prices are reasonable and are less than national companies. I have recommended his services to my neighbors and would still use him again.

I liked Second Opinion Termite and Pest Control. They're really good and I've used them for 14 years. They're very conscientious. They are always very good and very reasonable. They're very good and very thorough. They come on time. I get a letter every year. When they come, they take their time and works at everything, he even looks at windows. Roger just goes above and beyond. They're a great company and very personable. They replaced our outside vents with a plastic type that automatically open and shut so they have other products as well to help keep your house moisture free.

I haven't had any issues since they started treating for termites. They also do structural work underneath the house and moisture control. He is an excellent individual. I have referred him to my neighbour and they are using them now. I think he is a very honest person and I have no problems recommending him to anybody. He was much more reasonable compared to the other providers. My friend who is a builder uses him and recommended him. He is one of the most consistent persons I have worked with. I recommend him all the time.

Second Opinion Termite and Pest performed satisfactory work. I do feel that they did what was needed. However, I didn't feel that they were very personable. They did a very thorough job all in all, and the rate was comparable. I just didn't have the greatest feeling about them.
