Perfect! I have no complaints whatsoever.

Mike and his assistant did a great job replacing our fascia wrapping that was ripped off by Hurricane Mathew. I called on a Sunday and he was there bright and early Monday am. Price was fair and was impressed by his professionalism. I would definitely hire again.

Good and bad.  The repair under the sink and the shelving were done well.  We had two French doors that weren't closing completely, same with our front storm door.  After work, one of the French doors still has the same problem and after a month of so the storm door is actually worse.  The plumbing repair was not done.  The clapboard replacement was not done.  He told me he'd be back in a month to do the clapboard.  I waited six weeks then called to ask if he was planning on completing the work.  Left a voicemail but never got a return call

Mike was really responsive and even completed the work in the rain. He did a great job and helped me identify additional issues that will need work before selling my house. I will definitely use Mike again!!

Mike did an outstanding job replacing the front door on my property. He and his assistant professionally installed and finished the door. The workmanship was outstanding and the price was known before work began. He went over/above expectations by picking up the door from Lowes and installing on a weekend to align with my schedule. I will hire Mike again in the future with confidence.

Everything went well. Mike was punctual, professional and very effective. The crew member who did the drywall did a terrific job. The price was reasonable. I couldn't ask for better service.

It was a good experience that came with an unexpected value-added bonus. I am home-repair-averse, so Mike's personability and quick response to my call set me at ease. I called in the afternoon and he came the next morning to give us an estimate. He noticed that the hot water was turned to the highest setting and asked if we were having issues with scalding. We have always had issues with not enough hot water. It's been quite frustrating. By inching up the temperature, we were able to create barely enough hot water for morning showers. This did not seem quite right to Mike. In examining the hot water heater, he noticed that the cold water inlet and hot water outlet appeared to be in the wrong positions. He researched the model before suggesting what might need to be done.
The result is that the hot water heater had indeed been installed improperly. By switching the cold water inlet to the proper side, the entire issue of not enough hot water has been completely solved. $180 to solve a slow leak as well as a pesky problem that has annoyed me every day for the 7 years we have been in this house seems like a terrific deal to me.
Mike's method of conducting business contained several qualities that I liked. First, he examined the entire hot water heater, not just the pipe that was the obvious cause of the leak. Second, he did not tell us we were doing something wrong with the temperature setting. Rather, he began a conversation about the functioning of the water heater, which allowed me to voice my great irritation with its performance. Third, he did not assume what was causing the lack of hot water. He did some background research before suggesting a repair that could conceivably fix the issue. The entire experience was collaborative.
I definitely plan to use this company again for any future repairs.

we found Mike's Maintenance on Angie's List. we contacted numerous handyman/contractor companies to get quotes on the work we needed done. after reviewing our quotes and meeting the contractors, Mike's maintenance was by far the most professional and had competitive prices. they spent at least an hour walking thru our home giving suggestions and alternatives to help reduce price. once we decided this was the company we wanted to hire, they responded in a timely manner to all our requests and modifications and even adjusted around our vacation schedule to get the interior work done while we were gone. they are extremely flexible and I professional and I felt comfortable with them working in my home when I was not there and around my family. I continue to recommend them to friends in the area. I will hire them again for additional work including building a custom pantry door and closet. I have nothing but good thing sto say about Mike's Maintenance

I'd absolutley use him again, he does exactly what he says he's going to do and does a good job with it.

Mike made arrangements with the tenant and performed the services. Performed services over a 2 day period.

Repairs were done on time and at cost slightly less than estimate.
