KINGDOM BUILDERS

David came all the way to Williamsburg to hear what I wanted done, and he made suggestions and gave ideas and input, something I was definitely looking for and having a hard time finding elsewhere. I purchased the cabinets, countertop and appliances and I picked out the paint & flooring materials, which David picked up for me, along with the supplies he'd need. The whole job cost just under my budget of $10,000 (I really shopped around for all of the items though), with labor under half the total cost. Dave was prompt and enthusiastic during the entire process, which was delayed by faulty cabinetry and errors in the store's ordering. He was meticulous in his work and if something wasn't just so (to HIS standards), he would go back and fix it until it was! After the job was completed (today), Dave hauled all of the old materials and items away and cleaned up all work spaces. He is just the best, and I highly recommend David Wallace to anyone lucky enough to employ him!

First the tile floors were done. I had purchased all materials myself. The the bead board, then the cabinets, all windows were framed inside with detailed wood trim and painted. All rooms were painted. One Kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, family room, foyer and formal living room and dining room. Earlier in the Spring I had him paint all my outdoor shutters and trim. He takes his time but the end product is worth it.
