Dr Kapur is awesome. I have been seeing him for about 8 years. My entire family goes to him. He asks about each of us when the others visit and is always responsive through the myChart email system. His bedside manor to me is great. I like concentrating on the facts and he always asks about previous visit issues. He gives it straight and listens to my description of the issues.

Staff friendly and prompt. I felt as if my very presence was an issue. Somwaht overweight patient and he did not like my asking questions. I transferred to another physician.

She was very nice and competent and I liked her. She didn't act rushed, answered all my questions and it was a pleasant appointment. However, when I had another problem a month later, they could not see me in the office as they were too busy and would not have anything available for 3 weeks! I was told to go to an urgent care. I don't hire a doctor to be passed off to an urgent care. When I am sick, I want to see my primary care physician as they know my history and medications. While I like Dr. Kellogg and probably would have stayed, I decided not to use her or Harbour View because of the distance to my house and work as well as their availability.

She is extremely friendly and respectful. She is also very knowledgeable and her bedside manners are impeccable. Her staff is excellent.
