Horrible Customer Service and No Warranty Transfer ? Stay Far Away! I cannot express how unbelievably frustrating my experience with Freedom Forever has been. I recently purchased a solar system through them, and when I tried to transfer the warranty to my new property, I was met with an absolute brick wall. Their customer service team is not only unhelpful but downright dismissive of any concerns or questions. They refuse to honor the warranty transfer despite me following every guideline and providing all required documentation. It?s as if they couldn?t care less about customer satisfaction once the sale is made. The worst part? They hide behind vague terms and conditions that you only find out about once it is too late to do anything. This company clearly has no interest in standing by its products or taking care of its customers. They make it nearly impossible to get any straight answers or resolution.
