We are a smaller company with big company standards. We are a Rinnai Elite Dealer and an Authorized Service Provider. All of our work is paid upon completion unless otherwise set up prior to doing business. We accept all credit cards, checks and cash as payment. We can also set you up on a payment plan through a finance company through Rinnai.

We had an excellent experience with Tim. When our old water tank failed, Tim responded quickly to our call. He provided detailed quotes for installation of a replacement tank and also for an on-demand water heater. We were impressed with Tim's professionalism and knowledge. We chose the on-demand heater, which was a more complicated option. He and his team ran the new larger natural gas line and electrical wiring; mounted the new unit, added a the new roof vent and had the system up and running within 24 hours of our original call. Tim's team also fixed an unrelated issue with our gas stove installation and resolved an issue had been having with our sprinkler system's well. We were more than satisfied with his work.

The water heater was installed the day after I telephoned. I was going to get an estimate from Atomic plumbing also but still have not received a call back and I have had the new water heater for a couple of days.

Tim came out the day I called to get our water heater working again. He found some issues with the original installation and came back the next day to fix the problems which improved the water heater's capabilities and made the ventilation secure and safe. I would highly recommend for any Rinnai service issues.

Had a water heater leak, found it on a Sunday. Called and they responded immediately. Had a crew in the next day to remove the old tank and upgrade the system. They did a fantastic job, dealing with some unexpected issues along the way. So far no problems with the system, install, or follow up. Highly recommend anyone needing a replacement or an upgrade give Fitch a call.

Installers were professional and offered good solutions to installing the new gas and water lines. They also did not want to accept payment until the gas company replaced the meter which I appreciated.

the initial discussions with Tim were very informative. Tim then came to the house making sure the layout matched my expectations. Installers came out a couple of days later. Installers were friendly, courteous and did a fantastic job! When working in the house, they wore booties on their shoes. Cleaned up their work areas. Quality of installation was superior. I would highly recommend this company. Good price, great product & workmanship.

I called around for a quote on a 50 gallon gas heater replacement. Tim Fitch was available to do the work that morning, and gave a competitive price quote. He also gives a 10% discount to Angies List members, which is nice. The work was done on time with quality materials and workmanship. I also had a minor plumbing issue in the house that Tim Fitch was able to repair during the visit at an additional nominal charge.

Tim and Ray from Fitch Specialties came in and corrected the situation and also pointed out some faulty installation procedures that the builders installers had made. The main one was the condensation line running outside from the unit was too small, and that was why my line was freezing during cold weather. They put in a larger pipe and shored up the water tank that the installer left dangling in the air.

I searched Angie's List and found several companies with A ratings but some not so great reviews. However, Fitch Specialties had a lot of A ratings and consistently great reviews, so I contacted them. Tim was out of the office but we were able to communicate via text and he gave me a quote and answered all my questions. His crew was able to come out within an hour of my first contact to install a new hot water heater! Everything went smoothly; Mike and Ray know what they are doing. I had some questions after the install and Tim responded quickly. I can tell he and his guys care about customer service.

Outstanding. They showed up on time as scheduled and completed all of the work before the end of the day. The installer took the time to make sure i knew where all of the electrical and gas connections were installed and showed me how to operate the timers and regulate the water temperature. In addition the owner followed up to ensure everything was working to my satisfaction. If you are thinking of installing a tankless water heater these are the pros to go to.

I had been without hot water for almost weeks. I called several contractors 2 scheduled and never showed and one never called me back. I saw Fitch on Angies list and thought i might give them a try. I didnt expet much. I WAS AMAZED. From the time I contacted them they were nothing short of professional. I never expected them to be able to come the same day. He said to me I will be at your house at a certain time and he kept his word. He explained what he was going to do and did exactly that. No bs no runaround. He was prompt curtious and on top of that he did a fantastic job. I HIGHLY recommend them for any plumbing needs. As a new home owner I can tell you I felt completely at ease with the above board service.and professionalism. They will be my first and only call for plumbing from now on.

I contacted Mr. Fitch in the morning about my water heater dying. I had purchased a deal through Angie's List for a replacement. He responded me in a prompt manner and was even apologetic that he could not come right away. He arrived in the afternoon, and during the day he kept in contact with me to make sure that he had exactly what was needed for the job when he arrived and to update me on his arrival time. Tim Fitch then called to tell me he was on his way. He got to my home and got directly to work. He was fast, efficient and got the water heater installed as promised. I could not have been more pleased. He answered all my questions and cleaned up the water and all the materials after the installation. I could not have been more pleased with the work performed. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a water heater. They provided a quality product at a reasonable price.

I was very satisfied with the service and value provided by this company in replacing our old hot water heater. I had an old unit that was in need of replacing so I purchased the deal on Angies List for a replacement electric hot water heater. The Angies List deal from Fitch Specialties was almost half the price of a quote we received from another company. Scheduling was easy, and the guys arrived promptly on a Friday morning as scheduled to replace the old unit. We did have a hiccup with the water shutoff valve, but the company was responsive to this issue and the owner himself came out the very next day and took care of it.

There isn't much more I can say other than WOW. Tim came out to our home, was incredibly friendly and informative. He quickly got to work and got our water heater maintenance done. I can't say enough good things about Fitch Specialties. I will definitely use them again!
