They did the job incorrectly. They refuse to fix said issues and will not answer the phone. I would absolutely go to someone else.

Dukes was referred to me by a friend in Portsmouth, VA.  Dukes replaced her shingles in December 2013.

He and his crew always arrived promptly. When bad weather occurred, he notified me in advance how it would affect the work schedule. The crew was very professional and courteous. All old shingles and debris were promptly removed. It was a very good experience.

The new shingles are beautiful, and they make the house look brand new. It is such a relief to have had this work done. No more leaks!

Yes, this was big job for Duke s Roofing Company, but, they managed it rather well. It was a very big roof. I am very pleased with the outcome of the roof and would gladly hire them again. They did not leave any kind of mess behind at all. There are no leaks in my roof. I must say, everything turned out perfectly.

They showed up with a five-man crew and got the whole job done in just a couple of days. They parked their truck right under the eaves to catch the entire old roof as they tore it off. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves; in fact you couldn't even tell that they were even here. I am really happy with the job that they did.

The people from Dukes were just magnificent. They did such a very good job, I could not believe it. I am very pleased with their work and their respectfulness as a company. I had no problems getting them to come out and do the job. They arrived very well prepared, and did not leave any kind of mess behind at all. They even disposed of the few pieces of roof that I had lying around. It was a great experience. I would not mind calling them again.

They came out and did our roof when they scheduled to do it. I was very pleased with their work. They are very good and hard working. It is a family business and they take pride in what they do. They cleaned up real good when they were done. We didn t have any problems at all with them.
