He was cheaper than a well-known computer repair company. He gave me very helpful information. He gave me great tips. He was very personable. He says if he can't fix it he won't charge you. His prices are reasonable. He came on time. We didn't quite use an hour so he did a few other things for me. Made sure the anti virus website worked. He seems like an honest guy.
