Chem Dry of Suffolk

They were good. I know what to expect from them- they do good work.

I chose Chem Dry to clean my carpets because I have hardwood floors under the carpet. I didn't want to saturate the carpet and pad and take a change on ruining the floors. The technician was on time and was very thorough. The regular service (not the deodorizing treatment) still removed the musty dog smell (from 2 dogs with dirty feet) and visibly lighten the carpet back to original color. It took longer to dry than expected, (damp but never soggy). Take the time to place wax paper under your dark wood furniture where it touches the carpet to avoid color transfer. I recently had a piece refinished with a dark stain. Maybe it hadn't cured long enough. Altogether positive experience. Will use them again.

It was outstanding! I was really happy with them. I plan on using their services again. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

I have used other companies but Chem Dry's process was better. I felt the carpet dried faster than other companies. They actually got the carpet cleaned and it seemed to stay cleaner longer. They were trustworthy and moved our furniture for me.

Chem Dry of Suffolk are professional carpet cleaners and we didn't have any problems with them. I liked the fact that when they were finished, the carpet wasn't as wet as it was from the other methods different companies used. They helped us move our furniture around and the got the entire carpet cleaned. I couldn't recall the price of the cleaning.
