I would not recommend them because they were trying to add on money to the bill at the end.  However, the installers and the carpet were fine.

They arrived at 8: 00  AM  and got right to work. They were courteous and professional.  Work was done in a timely manner

Steve from Carpet Connections messed up the floors for the price he charged. He seems to target military families. He said he would give you a good deal but it was bad. We read his reviews on Angies List and one said he was good and another said he was excellent. When we talked to our neighbors and other people that used him in the neighborhood, after we signed the contract, they said he was a rip off, that he was all about the money, not quality. We had to have someone else come in and do it. He avoided our phone calls. We did a referral for a neighbor and she signed a contract, but this was before everything hit the fan. That's what he does - get the contract then shows his behind. The money was never an issue, but his work.

Installers were very late. Owner of this company was very rude to me. The details I would rather withhold except to say that I was not treated as a customer who was paying them, nor spoken to as a lady should have been.

Can't for fear of neighborhood retaliation. But basically, if you want drama, then choose this company.
