Mark with Campbell plumbing was very professional, arrived on time, and went over and above in installing my sump pump. Due to an oversight the manufacturer of the pump I needed to have, SantiFlo, the correct panel for the pump was not provided when they shipped it to us. Consequently, the pump did not work correctly. Campbell plumbing had to return to replace the correct panel and did so without charge to me because they did not want to penalize me for a mistake made by Santiflo. . I hope Santiflo agrees to reimburse Campbell Plumbing for their time involved in having to replace the panel board.
I will definitely use Campbell Plumbing out of Suffolk, VA. They are an honest and professional company. They could have said too bad and just walked away but they didn't. They went over and above in getting my basement bathroom back in working condition. Many thanks to Campbell Plumbing!When I call and the call is picked up by answering machine, they call back right away. They have always come over the next day.
