I asked for an estimate and was told they would have to see the mower first. Lawn mower was picked up and taken to their garage. A week later I called and was told the following Monday they would have an estimate. I called the following Tuesday and they said they had a lot of mowers and didn't know when they could get to mine. I waited another two or three weeks and called again yesterday. I was told they still haven't been able to get to it. I was told when people who purchased from them regularly came in they would go to the front of the line ahead of me. They had no idea how long it would take for them to even look at my mower. I'm having to pay someone to cut my grass. I called another place and they said they can get to it right away and gave me an estimate of what the work would cost without seeing the mower. I'm getting the mower picked up today and Aswell's charged me $20 for picking it up a month ago although they did nothing else.

Truly great to work with. Riding mower had been power washed and looked brand new! The leaf blower finally works correctly.

I am very pleased with the service provided.  They communicated well when a part was back-ordered and did a fantastic job with the repairs.
