The owner, Ray Dixon, picked up the laptop computer from my hotel. I learned via voice mail that the computer had been repaired and would be delivered the following day. Since I had moved to a different hotel, we completed the transaction at a convenient location off-base since I was TDY at Norfolk Naval Station. Prompt, courteous and reasonably priced service--complete satisfaction. David Carlson.
