My parents' refrigerator died during this Christmas holiday week. We went to Lotts, a local business that they have dealt with before (see last year's review when we replaced their broken gas oven at Christmastime!). We found a refrigerator very similiar to the model they had (but with some better features). Jennifer Lotts gave us a 10% discount and arranged same-day delivery and hookup (icemaker and in-door water and ice). These folks couldn't be nicer to deal with, pricing is good and their service is excellent. They're local and have a sterling reputation for backing and servicing their products them. Lotts makes buying local the most reasonable choice!
