I'm selling my house and the first thing you see when you walk in is a very dirty stained hardwood floors. I called around trying to find someone, anyone who could refinish them to improve my chances of a sale. Benjamin was the only guy to call me back that day and the only able to complete the job without a 2 month wait. I was a lil hesitant but am glad he did the work.
First of all, he is very polite and professional. He shows up when he says he will and is done by time given. The quality of work is outstanding! My floors look just as good if not better then the day they were first installed. I've lived in this house with 3 large dogs for 10 years and have never had the floors refinished. I'm amazed every time I walk in the front door.
My wife and I are building a house and we will definately be calling Benjamin when it comes time to install the floors!
