Eagle Finish Carpentry is the BEST in the business! Joe, the owner, is wonderful to work with and truly cares about the project and his clients. He and his crew are always on time and keep you well informed of the progress of the project (you never feel like you're in the dark). His team is thoughtful and honest. Before starting a project they triple check all measurements and supplies to make sure the project goes as smoothly as possible. They give you honest answers and don't try to sell you materials that aren't needed. Eagle Finish was very accommodating when it came to schedules - including a couple times to work around another contractor. I honestly can't say enough good things about Joe and his crew. Eagle Finish is great and you'll love them too. They turned my kitchen into my dream kitchen and I couldn't be more thankful.

Joe Williams, the owner, came out to my house several times to make sure all of the measurements were just right. On the day of install, Joe arrived very early with one of his employees, John Joyce, who is the one that did the actual installation. Both Joe and John were so nice and professional! As a young single female, I felt extremely comfortable with John installing the cabinets in my home by himself. He worked quickly, yet accurately. At the end of the day, he did all the clean up and made sure I was satisfied before he left. After he left, Joe stopped by later that night to inspect everything. I had an excellent experience with this company and would definitely use them again!

The Williams family showed up on time as promised and immediately got to work with removing the old countertops (there was an island, a desk area, the small area between the stove and fridge and the large L-shaped main piece with the double wide single bowl extra deep sink). They worked tirelessly throughout the day and eventually had all the new pieces back in place as well as the new double wide, single bowl extra deep sink and new plumbing under the drain. The backsplashes had to be braced and clamped overnight. The next day Mr Williams returned to finish caulking; removed the braces and clamps and assured the dishwasher and sink all worked properly...staying through the entire dishwasher cycle to make sure there were no leaks and everything worked as it should. Joe and Betsy are very personable, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and meticulous about their work. They are proud of their work (as they should be) and it shows in the end result. You hire Eagle Finish Carpentry and you will NOT regret it. They go above and beyond to assure you are happy with the finished product and are by far the easiest contractor I've EVER worked with.

I previously ordered the tile and bamboo flooring from a company in Winchester, VA. Mr. Williams offered to pick it up when it came in and delivered it so it could acclimate to my house for several days before installation. Mr Williams and his helper arrived promptly at the time stated..7:30 am and worked straight through until 5pm or later every day with the exception of a very short lunch break. They were always courteous, professional and pleasant and kept me updated on progress and things to expect, etc. During the tile installation; the new helper installed some tile incorrectly by cutting the tile to fit around the door trim. Mr Williams realized what happened that evening and advised me that he was not pleased with the installation, explained how he was going to fix it and apologized for the inconvenience! The next morning he removed the affected tile and replaced them correctly and to his standards while gently instructing his helper on his techniques. I'll have to admit, it did make a huge difference. Over the course of the week and a half, the tile was installed and grouted and the bamboo flooring, transitions and trim were all installed. Mr. Williams is a perfectionist and is very proud of his work...as he should be. He took time to assure that everything was installed properly and made sure that I was happy with everything throughout the whole process and on thru to the end result. I highly recommend Joe Williams - Eagle Finish Carpentry and couldn't be more pleased with the work; so pleased in fact that I have hired him for additional projects.
