The technician was very courteous and gave me a 1/2 hour notice and showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part he needed to change in his truck. It took him no time to get the work done! He was out of my door within 40 minutes of his arrival time!

Working with Hvac and appliance express is always a pleasant experience. I have been using them for the past 2 years to help me with the repairs of appliances. All the repaired items seem to last a longer time than the shelf time of the products.

Recently, my newly bought AC broke down and was causing a pain to my family as my whole place feels like a hot sauna. Thankfully, Ben and his team met with my expectation again. He came down personally after I gave him a ring and let him know of my situation and my AC is fixed within a day. Their professional service and great customer support is why I will always look for them whenever my stuffs break down. They are indeed the best in what they do. My personal #1 choice!

Our heater broke down recently.. before it was already producing a lot of noise. We needed someone's assistance and we were thankful to have engaged Hvac and appliance express. They are recommended by our neighbours and we had to go with them as we were starting to feel the chill. Within 45minutes, they were at our doorstep, and we were greeted by Ben who quickly access the situation and made us a quote. The price is very reasonable therefore we went ahead with it.

They were professionals fixing my AC Heater within 24 hours. Ben and his team also made a check for all the other appliances in our house and told us everything is functioning well.

Overall, the job was done superbly & was done extremely professionally. I've used many local AC repair companies over the years, but this one seems to be, hands-down, the best I've found within the area. When accounting for the fast service, friendly workers, professionalism, and ultimately the price, you cannot go wrong.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the repair. Over the years, I've used close to a dozen different repair companies, but none have done the quality of work compared to HVAC and Appliance Express. Simply put, the work itself was done on a professional level that i hadn't seen in years. Before placing an order, I talked to the company owner, Ben, who answered all my questions and was sure to listen to my concerns. The workers were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When taking into account the speed of repair, the professionalism, and the overall price, these guys take the gold medal.
