Bill has repaired our washers and dryers in our rental a few times over the past number of years, most recently fixing our washing machine. The repairs have been small (a bag went through the wash and lodged into the pump, we couldn't get the seal ring back on when it broke and we bought the part to DIY it, etc..) to significant. A number of times we consider whether to just replace the unit instead of calling for repairs, knowing that when you go into a repair it could be a huge expense and ultimately not worth it. We've never regretted choosing to call him. He'd let us know right away if we should replace instead of repair and that would be worth the service call especially where we may not have had a recent opportunity to see the unit and decide for ourselves. I generally prefer larger companies who have a receptionist who will answer the phone during business hours since I'm an out of the area landlord, but Bill always returns calls in a reasonable time-frame and is prompt to schedule his appointments. He has worked smoothly with the landlord/tenant situation (where I authorize and promise to pay at the end and he coordinates logistics with the tenant).

Bill showed up on on-time and was quickly able to troubleshoot problem with our Whirlpool oven, quote repair parts needed, and repair cost. He went and picked up the parts and returned within an hour to repair. Very happy with responsiveness, professionalism and quality of service. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Bill from the company came, and identified the problem quickly. He quoted me a price that I think is reasonable. Bills seems to know what he is doing very well, and performed his work in a very clean and efficient manner. I didn't have the coupon at hand, he was flexible to have me email it to him, and gave me 10% discount.

Bill was able to come out a day after I contacted him - he diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher (not only a failed part but also an improperly installed hose from a previous installation) and replaced both. He was friendly and very efficient.

First, I was so pleased that I called Bill on Friday afternoon and he said he'd be in my area Saturday morning. I was thrilled to be able to not have to wait. He showed up well within the two hour window. He carefully inspected the dryer and advised a particular part was needed. He checked and didn't have it on his truck, so he asked if I minded that he needed to go pick it up from a store in Sterling. He said he'd be back within about two hours, but was back before then. He completed the repair quickly. He did suggest that I need to have the vent cleaned because a clogged vent can cause the dryer to fail prematurely. He was pleasant and helpful. I would be happy to hire him again when another appliance needs repair.

Our refrigerator was not cooling and the freezer was close behind when we contacted WRM. Bill got back to us the same day of our call. He listened to the description of the problem and then clearly laid out the possible causes (including a failed thermostat, which it turned out to be) and he provided an estimate to repair each. He also explained in clear detail what the work would entail. He arrived promptly, was professional and a pleasure to deal with. He handily solved our problem and we were pleased to support a small business owner who takes pride in his company and work. Highly recommend.

It was great! Bill brought the various suspected replacement parts with him, fixed the dryer without much difficulty, and was entertaining in the process.

I cannot say enough about our amazing experience with WRM Appliance. GE said they could come out in 5 days, and then sent us an email confirming the appointment for a week later. We called WRM the next morning and Bill was at our house within an hour. He accommodated our needs efficiently and professionally. We will absolutely be call g him first for any future needs.

He was wonderful. He is my "go to guy." He fixed my appliances very quickly and I was so pleased with his helpful suggestions and the pricing was very reasonable.

Bill quickly diagnosed and repaired the dryer! Then we discussed options regarding the oven, and he was honest in his advice, so we opted to wait on repair in case we need to replace the unit after a trial period (Bill told us what to watch for). We really appreciate this kind of customer service, which is rare these days! Bill said his motto -- Character is who you are when nobody is watching! -- is hanging in the baseball dugout where he coaches, and it shows in his business, too! We will definitely call Bill again and recommend him to others!

I couldn't be happier with the service of WRM Home Appliance & Repair. When our dryer broke, I searched out a repair company on Yelp and Angie's List. WRM had great reviews on both sites, so I contacted them through their website. The following day I was contacted by the owner, Bill Mason, who gave me a day and three hour window. On that day, he called me as he was leaving his previous job to let me know exactly when he would be arriving. He diagnosed the problem right away, had the part in his pocket, and the dryer was fixed very quickly. Bill is very personable, and I found his prices to be very reasonable. He also honored a 10% off coupon from Angie's List. He's now my go to guy for any appliance issues I may have in the future, and I can recommend him without reservation.

He looked, gave us an estimate for replacing, recomended we did not do the work as the Frig. was too old to make that kind of investment, and something else could go at any time. Advised we keep the frig until one of the main parts broke, and then replace it.

Bill is amazing. He could tell I was interested in what he was doing, so he explained everything in detail. He is very personable and did a great job for a reasonable price. I will hire him again in a heartbeat and already recommended him to a friend.

I had issues with both appliances. He quickly new what was needed to fix each appliance. He fixed one that day. He needed to order an item for the other appliance...came back two days later and fixed that appliance. Both appliances have been working trouble free. I would definitely hire WRM again.

Bill returned my initial call within the hour and was able to come out the next morning to look at my noisy dryer. He arrived on time and within 15 minutes had diagnosed the issue. Bill explained my options, gave me a quote for the repair, and even gave me great advice about shopping for a new dryer. Bill is very personable, professional, and efficient. His $75 visit fee was quite reasonable compared to the other places I contacted and well worth it for the fast service and knowledgeable advice. I will definitely be calling him in the future for any appliance repair needs.

Mr. Mason was very courteous and provided excellent service in repairing the gas oven. I would hire again for any related project.
