Specialize in Basement Finishing from framing to finish. In business for over 30 years with many local references. Framing, doors, trim, bath tile, Mech. and finish work all done by myself. I sub my electric, plumbing, drywall and paint to sub contractors I have been using for over 25 years. Flooring (carpet) other then bath tile, I normally leave up to the home owner. Average pricing ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per square foot of finished area, depending on what owner wants to do with the space. I have a Class A Va. state license, and am fully insured with liability, up to $1,000,000 twice a year. Includes pulling all permits and handeling all inspections. I work out of my home office, with tools in garage, enabling me to keep down the overhead, passing the savings on to my clients.
