WET GRASS LAWN SPRINKLER CO

First of all, Wet Grass installed our system so we are stuck with them for our sprinkler service. In May 2014, Wet Grass reps showed up unannounced near dark to do repairs identified by the company rep nearly 6 weeks before. 8-9 sprinkler heads were installed because they no longer sprayed appropriately and left huge puddles of water at the base of each head. I paid immediately ($375) and they left ~ 830 pm. The next morning the system came on and only ran 1-minute per zone. It was programmed to run 20-minutes per zone. I reprogrammed the control box and ran the system. Three of the new heads were still leaving huge puddles at the base of the head. I marked the heads with flags and immediately called Wet Grass to report the problem. Since May, Wet Grass has chosen not to return any of my calls nor have their representatives come to my home to view the problem. I have reported that the control box is not operating properly. No response. I have left numerous messages on their answering messages but no response. Advertisements for Wet Grass have them located in three different locations -- two are no longer occupied by Wet Grass and the PO Box in Great Falls is exactly that -- no place. There is no location to visit the business and speak directly to a representative. Wet Grass used to be reliable but in the passed 1-2 years, it has really demonstrated poor customer service.
