I contacted Walt from the list and explained the problem. he was familiar with the condo units and understood the problem. He gave the price for the new unit and installation. I mailed him a check since this was our first contact and he replaced the disposal after setting up an appointment with the tennant. It was great service.

Great. I have enjoyed Walt's speedy service several times over the past 15 years. I called on Monday night; he returned my call Tuesday morning and finished the job Tuesday afternoon.
