Home Building
He gave an estimate. I was satisfied with the estimate and gave him a down payment and a second payment totaling $13,000. The fence was built; he started putting up a wall and started to get the plumbing and electrical going in the home, but I later found out that none was acceptable and had to be ripped out. They started cutting the drywall and never did attach any studs to the foundation. All the subcontractors that did work for him were sub-par to say the least. The contractor walked off the job with out further completion of the work. Very unprofessional.
