I have been with them for 15 years. Their service is excellent. Their prices are very high.

They are good; I like it but a lot of people don't however they are expensive...that is the only thing I don't like. The internet connection is great; it is fast. They are upgraded; they have DVR's that holds 2 gig of stuff. I can't stand the commercial and so I record everything and watch it later but there was no more space so I upgraded it. I am very happy with the service.

They were very efficient when they came to set everything up. We've only had one minor little problem. They fixed it the same day we called them. So, I'd say they have very good customer service. Their prices are a little on the high side.
