I went there with a coupon for a 24.99 oil change.  It was a drive through oil change center so I pulled my car into the bay and showed my coupon which they said they accepted at that location.  After draining my oil they showed me the oil plug which was stripped at the head part of it (not the thread part).  They said I would need another and it was $10.  They should have told me this before they took it out as I highly doubt it was even my oil plug and the car only had 24,000 miles on it and the previous oil change was performed by the dealer and they said nothing about a stripped oil plug..  Then after draining my oil they informed me that my car needed a synthetic blend and they could not honor the coupon.  My oil change would instead be $50.  Next they informed me that my car needed a special oil filter which was another $10.  I should have been informed about this also before my oil was drained as I now had no choice but to let them proceed.  When all was said and done, I paid $70.00 for the oil change that was supposed to have been 24.99.  Very dishonest place.

all good with day of appointment, but several days and 100 miles later the oil filter fell off.  Had to get car towed to another shop for repair and new oil.  After some discussion, I received a check for cost of additional repair and future free oil change, but would not return due to what happened.

the oil change went well, but they forgot to tighten the rear plug. but they were VERY accomidating when it was discovered. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way you handle a customer after a mistake is the biggest thing. They handled their mistake with grace and professionalizm. No issues.

Never a problem. In fact, every time that they do something as simple as an oil change, a manager performs a quality inspection on the job, ensuring that oil caps are replaced and bolts are tight.

Their prices are fair and always predictable. In fact, they are posted on a board in the office.
