The whole purchasing and installation experience with the United Stones has been excellent, starting from our first day in the showroom to the last day when the final work was completed. The quality of the material for the cabinets and granite is superior, among the best we'd seen. (We visited a few other kitchen-specialty stores in our local area and did the comparison.) And the price was way better than other stores, partly because this company was a direct importer of cabinet and granite material and manufactured the finished products in their own local factory, without having to go through any middle-man. The people at the United Stones, up from the boss down to the field workers, are all very professional. The process was fast: it could take a week or two when the order was made and the cabinets and granite were installed. For our kitchen, It took them two days to install the cabinets and another day to install the granite countertops and island. After the installation, we had a small issue with the alignment of one part of the cabinets and called them last Friday. The workers came back on Monday morning and fixed the problem. This company is the best company we've dealt with during our long and arduous process of creating a new addition to the house. We are 100% satisfied with this company and will have no hesitation to recommend it to anyone who is budget-minded and yet looking for high-quality material and service.

It was a bad experience. Too good to be true. They did a decent job on the countertops but cabinets were a terrible experience. Once our contractor installed the Chinese made cabinets you could see the lines where the cabinets were separating and nail holes all over and doors not aligned properly. I called to have them come out and fix the cabinets and their and quot;fixand quot; was taking a permanent marker and drawing a visible line to cover scratches and separations. Had them come out again to fix the panels they ruined doing that and they ordered a few pieces which took another 3 weeks to come in and the new pieces were still messed up. Called them again and they said and quot;we don't really do cabinets we mainly do countertopsand quot;. For $12,0000, that is not what a customer wants to hear. Had them come out and and quot;fixand quot; all the nail holes in the paneling; they said nail holes are common and you can't not see them; I showed them my baseboard and asked if you could see nail holes there; they said no but cabinets were different. Called again and this time they hung up on me. Called again an had the paneling shipped directly to my house and paid my contractor to fix all their work....guess what....no nail holes! They provide poor customer service, want all money up front, do a half a** job and then it's like pulling teeth to get them to come back out. Three times I was told someone would be there to and quot;fixand quot; these issues and no one came and no call back...then your scrambling trying to get a hold of them. Pay a little more from a reputable shop and avoid these headaches. I'm surprised they stay in business but they seem to mainly focus on countertops....if this is the case then they need to stop selling cabinets. Best of luck if your reading this.

A crew of 4 workers and a supervisor started this project and completed it in about 5 hrs. Workers english was minimal but supervisor understood and explained process. They tried to keep the area clean by laying out cardboard as a mat to walk on. However, they had to cut out the island cooktop in the kitchen which created alot of dusk even when a vacuum was used. They cut the backsplash in the garage due the poor outdoor weather and everything in the garage and in the house was layered with a dirty film of dusk.
