The owner comes out to do the rough end work and different people come out and do the tile. I determined what fixtures, toilet and bathroom sinks, and vanity I wanted. I went out and purchased those items myself. I don?t think that the guy, who did the construction work, belonged to this company. I think he has his own business. However, the people from this company had come out and did the entire tile work. They did not only the floor, but also the shower floor. I also had them tile the wall tiled all the way to the ceiling, around the window. But for one visible blemish, I guess their tile work was great. I spent around $19000 on the entire job. I had a tub taken out and a shower put in its place. I got a 12 inch rain shower head. The price was itemized. The tile work, including the cost of the tile, cost me $9500. The job was done excellently. The job took longer than I wanted; there were delays, but it was not because of the contractors. They had to subcontract some work out. There were few issues like mismatched sinks, etc. It was not the company?s problem. They are in a really tiny place. They seem to have some very high quality tiles. However, if you give them a situation, they will make recommendations. I would still go back there. I will use them again in the future.
