One of our friends recommended them to us but we will not use them again. They had to come back and tear out the entire floor and do it again and we had to get a lawyer to get their attention. There were gaps in the floor like 2 o3 quarters between the boards. We needed it redone specially with the money we had spent. Then we had another company come out and look at it just to make sure that we weren't lying. The other company that came out did not charge us or anything. They testified that the work was not properly done. Our advice for all is not to go with them. They made a lot of promises but they did not follow through with any of them until we got a lawyer. The installers were good. Their pricing was good. He gave us 3 different pricing for 3 different materials.

I enjoyed working with them. I found a small issue with the floor. I called them and they came out right away. They are going to fix the issue next week. I appreciate their willingness to correct it. The owner was easy to talk to, which I also appreciated. I think their prices are competitive as well.

Bob came out and measured and was wonderful to work with. He offered to install American Century wood, a cheaper alternative to Bruce wood. But, American Century actually has a longer warranty than Bruce...for whatever that is worth for hardwood. The guys came as scheduled and installed it in a day. The wood is beautiful!

They did what they were supposed to do. I have not had any problems. They arrived on time and were professional. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

THEY ESTIMATED THE PRICE FOR THE JOB AND THE ACTUAL PRICE WAS A LOT HIGHER. THE INSTALLER COMPLAINED THE ENTIRE TIME HE WAS THERE. THE CARPET BUCKLED AFTER ABOUT SIX MONTHS.

"To be honest with you we don't know to much about computers we know floors. So I am logging on and checking this out after someone told me about it. I can't defend or deny this claim I don't remember the customer or could I find any of her paperwork. I think she wrote a review for the wrong company. You can see our score/grade for other work we have done."
