We were introduced to Suplotel through a kitchen-and-bath-design company that, for various reasons, we ended up not using. However, the company graciously encouraged us to engage Suplotel directly as our contractor. We couldn't have been happier. Suplotel's quote for a master bath remodeling job was among the lowest we received. More importantly, Carlos and Mario impressed me from the start with their professional design sense, honesty, and orderliness. As my wife said, they thought about the project the way I did, sweating the details and leaving the up-selling to their competitors. Suplotel's tile work, plumbing, and vanity installation were outstanding. Its electrical design and installation were A-1. Suplotel spotted and documented problems with a high-end toilet and a low-end bathtub drain that I had purchased on the Internet and fixed them, in one case repeating an installation without extra charge. Quantity estimates were on-the-nose. The walls they produced for the glass shower installer were absolutely true. Work-arounds in the construction of niches and modification of vanity shelves were ingenious and effective. Suplotel partnered with us, contributing ideas, workmanship, and building supplies, to produce an attractive, on-time result. I recommend Suplotel and would use it again.

Mario and Carlos are extremely professional, punctual and courteous. All communications through phone and email were responded to on time. They also accompanied us to the store and spent nearly 2 hours helping us pick the backsplash design and then spent the time at home to compare different options we had selected at the store.
The flooring also was done very well. Everyday they showed up at the promised time - no delays. Even the additional help they had ( other contractors) showed up on time everyday. After finishing, they did an excellent job of cleaning up andi making the place look good.
They followed up to ask how we liked everything (since my wife was not in town while the work was being done).
There was one spot which creaked. They came back and took the time to fix it, although it was not really their fault (subfloor close to the heating system was creaky).
Their charges are very reasonable. They were the best among 3 others who had an A from Angie's list. Their quotes were laid out very well in an email detailing every aspect of the work. Highly recommend them and will be using them again myself for a bathroom remodel most likely.

I would recommend them. They are reasonably priced, they do good work, they are reliable, and they are professional. We are planning on using them again.

These guys were awesome. They were always on time, stayed true to their estimate, didnt take any short cuts, and always went above and beyond to make sure that the work was perfect. They even called a week later to check on the work and make sure that it was acceptable. These guys were great and I have been recommending them to my friends and family since January. My mother in law and family friend both had serious remodeling work (bath and kitchen) completed and they too were blown away by the work. You will not regret hiring Carlos and Mario of Suplotel!

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Suplotel. They completed all the repairs in our foreclosure property within about 3 weeks which included renovating the entire kitchen, upgrading appliances and fixtures, repairing leaks and doing other handyman work. Everything was done exactly as we wanted it, no exceptions. You won't find a more responsive, professional group of people to work with. Carlos and Mario are extremely talented and knowledgeable and provide a very high level of customer service. They are very respectful and make customer satisfaction their number one priority. This high level of customer service along with incredibly reasonable prices makes Suplotel an excellent choice for any type of general contracting work.
