Sterling Gutters LLC

I initially had a pleasant experience with them. First of all they don't seem to have an office line and don't pick up the phone when you call. i had another company install by gutter guards and needed sterling to fix some drip issues. They came quickly to fix the issues. After a few weeks, i noticed birds building a nest in my gutters. After riskily climbing up, I noticed they likely cut my gutter guards inappropriately. Leave a huge gaping hole. Called them a bunch times but they refused to pick up. After a few days the lady told me she would get back to me and never did. I called again and noticed both their phones were going directly to voice mail. I thought this was odd, so I used my other phone to place the call. This phone did not go to voicemail. Surmise to say, they likely blocked my number and have not come back to fix the issue with my gutters. i would not recommend this company one bit. They talk a big game about helping and all that.. but if you have any issues,. that would go unanswered. They do not take responsibility for mishaps. Stay away 8/2/2020 Update So the owner came to my house, short of screaming emphatically, coming to prove a point that he did not cut my gutters and he is not responsible. For an issue so inexpensive to fix. He did agree there was a hole that needed to be rectified and caulking was not done correctly. My question is, why were these issues observed and recommended the first time around not fixed? My opinion is that there is limited customer service with this company. No desire to correct the issue or respond to customers in a timely manner. I proceeded to tell him that after i paid an alternate contractor to cover my gutter guards no one else has touched my gutters since. I will pay someone else to fix the issue in the future.
