Excellent. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous and did a great job. Quality was excellent; clean up was good. They showed up for an estimate on time and worked quickly, asking the right questions. They called when the glass was ready and came promptly on the appointed day. The work was finished in one day. Easy. No issues.

I had ordered a replacement door glass for my truck, and was having trouble installing it. I called the shop and they told me to come right over. They installed the window in 20 minutes for far less than the big chain glass services.

Just fine. SG rep came out and surveyed what needed to be done, ordered the supplies needed, called when they had arrived and came out and replaced the glass. He did a fine job.

The service was responsive, fair in price and the did what they said and did NOT try up selling me things I did not need

I called in early April to request a replacement window. I scheduled an in-house estimate for Friday 4/12. Chris arrived on time and measured the window and was gone in 10 minutes or less. I received a call Monday with an estimate. I was able to pay for the first half using a credit card over the phone. I was told it would take approximately 3 weeks. I received a call in two weeks indicating that the glass was ready and set up a time (convenient to me) on 5/1 for the replacement. Again Chris arrived on time and the broken window was replaced in less than 20 minutes. The window looks great!

Had a broken glass window in our bedroom that needed replacement. We took the window to their store and they took a quick measurement and placed the order. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The actual window took about 7 days to arrive and when I came back to the store for the replacement window it took about 20 minutes for them to replace the inside glass.

The guy was extremely rude/nasty to us on the phone and when we arrived in person but the workers actually did the job well and when we needed it done. We had used them in the past for several huge mirrors. Its a shame he was rude to us when we were repeat customers and spending quite a bit of money. The installers were great and the product was great.

We had a good experience. They were puncutual and the new shower door looks great. We didn't shop around so I did not grade them on price. We were quoted $1100 for a framed shower door and $1600-$1900 for a frameless shower door. Our shower door consists of the door and a half pannel (kind of like a window).

I have the windows that have the wooden panes and they replaced the windows because the seal was broken.
They arrived on time and were courteous. They were very honest about my window. When building a house, my recommendation is to not put in windows that have the wooden panes because it more expensive to replace.

The pricing was very reasonable. The quality of their work was very good. I have had many windows replaced by them. I have an old house. They have done all the window replacements on my house. They have been great. They are prompt. They come out and do the measurements. They figure out what they are going to need. They go away, get the glass, and put them in. They are very efficient. They are responsive, professional, prompt, and reasonable. I will use them again in the future.

When I first contacted the company they believed a whole new shower door set would have to be installed, because it is of a custom size. I was quoted a price of bout $1,300. However, when the repairman actually came to measure for the installation, he said the door could be repaired for the lesser price. It took a couple of days to acquire the parts, but unfortunately when the repairman returned, he inadvertently broke the door. Being safety glass, it shattered in a million pieces. He returned to the store, got a shop vac, and cleaned up every speck of glass, ordered a new door, and four days later installed it without incident for the originally quoted price of $351.27. This company was professional in all its dealings with me, and I was extremely pleased with the service I received.
