I've worked with Silverline Maids for over 5 years. The Ladies are professional, courteous and thorough in their work. Unlike some companies I've used in the past, the team always takes great care to ensure everything is cleaned and not damaged. Jason (the Owner) and Jessica ensure every visit is met with the highest standards and are very responsive should you need assistance. Their priority is always the customer and it shows in every facet of this business.

We have been using Silverline Maids since I returned to work after my first child was born, about two years ago. They always do an amazing job and have very fair prices. It is so nice to not have to spend my weekends cleaning and can enjoy the time with my kids. We recently moved and they were able to provide move-in cleaning for our new house also. The company also provides email and text reminders a few days before each upcoming cleaning. We are very pleased with the service that Silverline Maids provides and would highly recommend them!

This was supposed to be a "deep cleaning" since it was their first time coming to the house. My wife and I checked the most basic areas such as the top areas of paints, picture frames, mirrors with our fingers to check for dust and these areas were not even wiped cleaned! We had a basket on the floor with toys and they did not move the basket when cleaning the floor. I would hate to see what a regular service would look like. In addition, the ladies were not friendly and seemed annoyed that our kids were around. Horrible serve, stay away!

This is a rental unit that needed a house clean up. Great to work with and they were able to schedule the work on a very short noticed. Also, per my request they sent me the photos of their work. These individual were professional and that includes Jessica who works in the office.

The 2-woman crew arrived promptly and set right to work. I pre-bought 4 hours of their time, and they worked the full time. More importantly, they finished all of the work for which I specifically asked over all 3 floors of the house, and did some extra work (vacuuming the utility room floor) at no extra cost.

I usually have the same crew each month, they work hard the entire time and leave my house absolutely spotless. I'm not sure if it's their products or methods but they get things sparkling clean that I never can - like my cooktop. I trust them to be alone in my house if I need to leave during the cleaning. Every once in a while I have an emergency come up and need to reschedule my regular cleaning - the office is always very friendly and accommodating.

Silverline is trustworthy, dependable, and does an excellent job cleaning my home. They have been cleaning my home for many years. I feel comfortable leaving them alone in my home when I need to go out. They come to my home on the scheduled day like clockwork....I never have to wonder will they be coming or not. ? The ladies are friendly but efficient, I would highly recommend them.

On short notice, Silverline Maids was able to schedule a crew of 3 to come to clean my house after the moving crew had finished. They started working as soon as they arrived, and facing a large task began working very hard. In two hours (and an extra half hour at a very reasonable addition) they transformed the house from disaster to sparkling. The result was better that I could have expected and far better than I could have accomplished in 9 hours. I highly recommend their services and plan to use them again. The ladies worked very hard, and the office was a pleasure to deal with. Kudos to Silverline.

Three ladies arrived within the 8-9am starting window. They started working right away and methodically moved through the house. Limited to no English, but the front office would call me to check in, and ask if all was going well, which it was! I only had to ask that they attack the stove top again (it needed a lot of work) and the ladies did all they could. The front office called in with me again before the ladies left to make sure that the service was as expected. Would definitely use again!

I am always thrilled with the service I receive from Silverline Maids. I receive a phone call the day before my service to confirm the appointment.
The team arrives within the set time and efficiently and effectively clean everything in my home. The windows always look great and I have a dog who marks up the front windows a lot. They also make everything shine and smell good.

Silverline did a great job on my rental property. The office manager was great and the cleaning crew was professional and very detail oriented. They used high quality products and focused on the little details in the bathroom and kitchen which I was impressed by.
