They were supposed to put me on a schedule of lawn fertilization and weed treatment. I expected them to show up and put down weed killer/fertilizer. Instead they showed up to aereate the lawn. They technician asked me to sign for the service. since this was their first time here I thought that was the process. A few days later they showed up again but left because they couldnt put down the weed killer since the aereation included seeding. A few days after that I received a bill. My bill was supposed to be $240 for each monthly visit. Instead it was $1800. I called since there must be a mistake and they told me I signed for aereation, which isnt included in the service. And rolling a wheel of spikes around my lawn was $1600. Becareful dealing with this company.

I have paid $360 for a year's service. They come out once a month. They were the first one that I interviewed with when I moved in here and they were the most reasonable in terms of the pricing. They have been my favorite over the last four years.

I would not recommend them at all. They don't stand behind their guarantee at all. They induce you to purchase their services on the basis that they are going to protect your plants and your lawn; then when it turns out you lose a bunch of plants they won't replace them. They are terrible. They send people who don't do the work. They claim they are coming out to treat your crabgrass, or pre treat so you won't get crabgrass. Then the people they send claim they did it, and didn't. They are a really terrible company. I will not use them in the future.
