I recently moved into a house that was built in 1994. It had a home stereo system wired throughout the house. Bose speakers etc. But the system was setup poorly and was no longer working. Abby came over and got everything working. Super professional/honest/punctual. I was afraid someone would come over and try and up sale me in stead of just doing the work. This company has earned my trust. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to leave one for this company.

It went extremely well. Abbey gave his professional opinion in where he thought the TV should be mounted despite my disagreement at first. He asked me to sit and see how it would be better at the height he suggested. After seeing the difference we went with his suggestion. It looked amazing and he went above and beyond by hiding our cable cord under the carpet. He was meticulous with his work and took the time to show us how to operate the new TV. I would definitely hire Rum AV again.

Great experience! Very professional working with Abi who did the install. He explained everything to me clearly and the end product looked fantastic. I had shopped around maybe 5-6 other places and Rum AV Solutions had the best price. In addition to the work in the bedroom, I also had an issue in the basement with one of my TV setups. I had asked him to take a look and let me know what would be needed to fix it. He found the issue and fixed it on the spot. He did not charge me for the additional time and work to do that. Very pleased that he went the extra mile. I will certainly use Rum AV Solutions for my future work.

Abbey was fantastic! He agreed to take some money off the total price, because I already had many of the components (mount, cables, etc.). He arrived right on time, worked quickly, and did a really quality job. I even offered to help him move the 60" TV into place, but he handled the entire thing with ease. The new mount is perfectly level and looks great!

I only had to pay extra for some of the cables which were of a high grade and did not cost an arm and a leg. He explained how to operate the system and use remotes which work in unison with each component. SUCH A HIGH QUALITY INSTAL!!!
