Billy (the owner) was my first contact, and he installed a standard toilet in about an hour, hauling the old slow-flushing one away. After that first small job, I told him about our wanting to install a privacy fence on the back of our corner townhouse unit. He brought in Jeff, a longtime professional he partners with on mixed jobs, with Jeff being the lead on carpentry projects. I found their estimate to come in under a few others, so I chose them to do the work. They custom built the fence on site (not simple pre-fab sections), and did the 'extras' that made the job stand out, such as additional brackets and nails for increased fence strength. In addition, they coated the fence with sealant as part of the job. They handled the coordination with Fairfax County for marking electrical/cable lines underground, and redug post holes with no complaint after I asked them to move the fencing line from along the property line to 'just inside' it (never can tell what the HOA will do come time to sell...). I did not have a fixed or rushed timeline to get the job done, so I was happy with the work-- took about two weeks (about 5 days of labor) to get the fencing job done, since rain/snow prevented some of the work. They do not have a website that I know of, so looking at their work online isn't possible. One of my neighbors (4 doors down) has already hired them to do their fence, and I plan on having them redo our deck come spring. Overall I feel that contracting costs can be very expensive in NoVA, and I feel that I found a really good deal, along with a lot of combined experience, with this company. That being said, it's largely a one or two man crew, so for larger jobs I'm not sure how they would handle it. But for the type of work we wanted done, we were happy with both the price and the quality.
Description of Work: Installed new privacy fence on backside of townhouse (corner unit), approx 70 feet of fencing, built onsite. Installed toilet.
