To make a long story short, after months of calling, emailing, etc. to get promised pictures of the work reportedly completed in SEPT 07, I was told that pictures weren't taken. I complained when the windows again began to leak. Finally in MAY 08, the vice president came out and promised to review the work, promised to talk to the estimator, and promised to email me a written estimate (which he projected at nearly 6 times the original repair cost). Weeks later, he left me a phone message apologizing for not sending the estimate and promised that I d get it in the morning. He never contacted me again. Currently, my big bay windows leak to the point that my hardwood floor is damaged and bugs crept into the house around the windows. I received a phone message from the president after I called and told them I filed a Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint against them. In their response to the BBB, they agreed to refund my money, but their account of the events was blatantly inaccurate. I guess they didn't realize that some people keep voice messages. This case is not yet resolved.

Once again, they are an excellent company for this project. After completing the roof, Mr. Carlos Burlar again came to our home as scheduled, and provided an easily understandable explanation of what needed to be done, along with providing a variety of sample material for us to choose from (even including samples of the different types of insulation)! Once we decided on the colors of the siding and trim, he gave us three very detailed written estimates for the siding replacement, one for each grade of materials. The final contract was very specific as to what work would be done, and when it would be done. The company called prior to appointments to confirm. When we needed to delay the installation by a week because the windows were not yet in (from another contractor), they had no problem with the delay. When the siding was installed, it was quick (two days), excellent workmanship, and they left absolutely no trace of debris, not even a single nail! Great company!

Mr. Carlos Burlar came to our home as scheduled, inspected and measured our existing roof, then he provided an easily understandable explanation of what needed to be done, along with providing a variety of sample material for us to choose from, and explained the warranties for each material as well. Once we decided on the material, he gave us three written estimates for the roof replacement, one for each grade of materials. The final contract was very specific as to what work would be done, and when it would be done.The company called prior to appointments to confirm, and when unavoidable weather delays occurred, they called daily with an update on the rescheduling. When the roof was finally installed, it was quick (one day, start to finish), excellent workmanship, and they left absolutely no trace of debris from the old roof. I highly recommend this company!!

They were a little high but I feel I got my money's worth. They were very courtesy, kind and even the owner came out. The foreman for the job was also very courtesy and articulate. They came when they said they would and even when they were stuck doing another job for someone else, they called and let me know what was going on and once they came out, they stayed here to do the work, which I really liked. They were very responsive, there was even a minor problem with the work but they came right back to fix it. I was very impressed with that. I have even hired them already to do a an annual maintenance check on my roof.

We were very impressed with the reliability and professionalism of the company. The company representative sent to conduct an estimate was very knowledgeable and answered a number of questions related to the roof.

I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE POLITE AND KIND. I WILL GLADLY REFER THIS COMPANY TO OTHER CONSUMERS. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL.

GOOD SERVICES, MAYBE THEIR PUNCTUALITY IS A LITTLE OFF BUT THEY DID GOOD WORK FOR THE PRICE WE PAID. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR SERVICES. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL IMPROVE ON THEIR TARDINESS
