I've now found a shop I can trust and depend on !! I'm a first time customer and decided to use RnR Cycles after hearing my friends recommend Rick Beggs and his quality repair shop. I was anxious at the thought of repairing our 1981 Honda that had been collecting dust for over 9 years. Did I mention, it was in pieces? Rick and his crew made the entire process easy. They even came to my house to pick up the bike!! Rick and his staff are Great, but most importantly, knowledgeable. I was kept informed of every challenge in trying to resurrect our dinosaur. I was never anxious because Rick is the type of owner that doesn't fix things just for the sake of making money. He genuinely cares about his customers and gave me honest advice after explaining my options. I'm "mechanically challenged" so finding a shop owner that is willing to explain the problem in my language is awesome. Trustworthy Service Comknowledgeablepetitive Prices Courteous & Knowledgeable Staff and GREAT work, too!! I'm a huge fan and will only take our bikes to RnR Cycles from now on.

Great. RnR team diagnosed the problem and made recommendations based on the results I expected. Parts and labor were fairly priced and the work was completed on time as promised. This is my first review as a four time customer. Never any upselling, just honest, quality work.
Description of Work: Basic maintenance, suspension and drivetrain work.

I've been going to RNR Cycles for roughly 2 years now, and they're always honest, fair, reliable, and fast! I have even walked in without an appointment for small issues (e.g., brakes, oil change, adjustments, etc.) and they worked on my bike right away (of course they do prefer an appointment though, and I generally do make one). They often explain things quite well to help me understand what's going on with my bike and what it needs or doesn't need. I remember one time in particular that I thought I needed brake pads replaced, but they told me to save my money because they still had half their life left! I think they always do a 21(?) point check with any service just to make sure that everything is okay too, such as brakes, tires, chain, etc.. They are very good at what they do, and they don't rip you off (unless charging $100/hour is a rip off, but you can't do much better than that in this area, especially not with professionals who really know what they're talking about). I don't think you'll find a better motorcycle repair shop, and if you could, there's not much room for improvement. My only complaint is that they're human - they once forgot to put a cotter pin in after replacing my new tires, but I had asked them to finish ASAP because I was on a time crunch... so they rushed and they did finish on time. I picked up 2 cotter pins at Lowes a couple days later for $0.59 and took care of that myself... hardly worth mentioning. Hey, they're human too. Last Saturday they offered free dyno runs and had hamburgers and hot dogs! They value their reputation and know you'll come back if they treat you right.
Description of Work: Mounted new tires, installed new chain and sprockets. Previous visits, they have changed my oil and oil filter, adjusted my suspension, adjusted my chain, mounted and balanced tires, installed new brakes, and probably a few other things I'm forgetting.
