Overall, I was happy with the service we received. We had to reschedule at the last minute twice because our closing date kept being moved, and they were very flexible. They were far less expensive than other companies we spoke with, and I wouldn't say the paint was amazing (there were some bubbles here and there) but it was definitely good. They also accidentally got the wrong paint color for one of our rooms, but came back to paint it the right color pretty quickly, no extra charge. We worked with Chris and he was great, although sometimes he was a little hard to get in touch with (like when we came home and saw the paint was the wrong color).

It is hard to find painters who do electrostatic painting.  This was the only one I found in the DC area.  I first emailed.  I believe the person who gets the email is Dan Foutaine.  I didn't receive a reply email, but after about two weeks, I received a phone call from Dave Lewis.  He arranged to have someone come over and look at my cabinets.  That person came on time and was pleasant and business-like.  I asked Dave for some references who had also had metal kitchen cabinets done by this company.  He gave me two and both were happy with the work done by Premiere Painting. A contract was emailed to me.  I orally agreed to the contract over the phone with Dave and we set a date for the painting and then I had to change the date.  Dave was very accomodating of the change.  I asked how long the job would take and he said maybe a day, but maybe more than a day.  (I wanted to have the work done on a Friday so that my husband and I could be out of town overnight due to the high odor of metal paint).  I asked if the job could start on Thursday (the prep work and sanding), but all the painting be done on Friday.  He said yes.
What I expected, but did not confirm, was that the Thursday work would be done on Thursday afternoon since it was a half day of work.  I emailed the company the week that the job was to be done, but never received a response to my email.   Dave called a couple of days before the job to get my color choice.  I asked when the workers would be coming on Thursday and Dave said at 9 am.  When I expressed a bit of upset, Dave did not change the time.  This was very inconvenient for me because I had several other plans that had to be changed.  However, it was my fault for making the assumption that the half day of work would be done in the afternoon.
On Thursday, two workers put up paper and sanded the cabinets.  When they finished for the day, they swept, but did not vacuum.  So I had to vacuum in order to reduce the amount of dust as we were trying to live in our house.  I spoke with Dave about this and he apologized.  On Friday, two workers came at about 9:30.  They applied a primer and two or three coats of paint and cleaned up.  They were finished at about 2 pm.  They were polite and hard working.  The work was done carefully.  I am pleased with the finished product; however, the finish is a textured mat finish and my cabinets had been a smooth, glossy finish.  No one had discussed with me that there would be a difference in the finish.  Fortunately, I like the result.
I never saw Dave or Dan in person, which seemed strange to me.  The communication was a little off sometimes.  However, as I said, the work was carefully done and I am happy with the result.

They run a very efficient business; there are people in charge of the quotes, there is a team that is sent out to do the painting, and they are responsive to any follow-ups that we?ve required. The team that was sent to do the painting skipped a couple of areas but once I noticed it, they came back right away.

The crew arrived early (after clearing it with us) and worked steadily for three days. They removed the wallpaper from the kitchen and three bathrooms and painted them as well as a bedroom. They worked hard and long every day and completed the work with as little disruption to us as possible.

The painters showed up on time, did excellent work, finished in a couple of days, and cleaned up after themselves. The workmanship is high quality and my neighbor and I are very pleased.

They did a professional job painting my home. They prepped the walls carefully so the paint would adhere properly. They had a crew of about 4 people and took about 4 days to do the interior and a week for the exterior.
