Gary was very experienced and thorough. He had inventoried parts in his truck. He was very familiar with the Miele dishwasher. Other repairman had difficulty with this appliance and weren't able to diagnose the problem or fix it. Gary knew this appliance and was able to tell me what was causing the problem. I was very pleased with his work.
