They give us a report card at the end of the day to let us know how our dogs interacted with them.  It's hard to say how long it takes because we drop them off and sometimes the dogs are ready before we're ready to pick them up.

All I do is buy cat food there, only the cat foods that I can't get in the regular grocery store. They are too expensive but they about the same price as Petco so, they are high. The Cat food is good for the cat and he wasn't eating and I needed to try something else and he have eaten it before and that's why I went there to get more of it because since you can't get it at the grocery store, I had to get it some place.

They took him in efficiently.  They asked me how I wanted him groomed and we talked about past problems.  He is an old, blind dog and they treat him with extra care and great respect because of his disabilities.  The dog is a sweet animal but does take a little extra care.  I have been very happy with the way he is groomed.  They did have to extend his stay today becuase they had trouble cleaning around his eyes.  Totally understandable.  They called to let me know.  When I picked him up, I was able to go and pay and then pick him up -- much easier than having to take him with me to the cash register.

We have used their services for about 12 years. We are happy with the service. They generally seem to be able to get us scheduled in a rapid time.

We are very happy with them. They are very friendly, excellent with the animal. They really have compassion towards each and every pet. They have a very large space and its big hospital but still they are very personable. I would rate them high overall and I would use them again in the future.

PetSmart Store Support Group Inc does a good job. We take our dogs there for periodical grooming. They are truly professional over there. They know what they are doing. They have everything one needs for ones pets. It?s kind of a one stop shopping for pet stuff. I think convenience and professionalism is what attracts us to going there. Their prices are very reasonable. It?s like a discount store for pets. I would recommend everyone to use them. They have quality staff that provides quality service. They have trained pet care takers. They take good care of the pets. I just drop them off and pick them up after three or four hours. They look ten times lighter because that?s how much hair they cut off of them. We are usually very happy and satisfied when we get our dog back home.

I CALLED MAYTAG AND THEY SAID THEY COULD COME OUT IN THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS. HE CAME AT THE TIME AGREED ON AND WITHIN TWO TO THREE HOURS HE WAS DONE. HE HAD PARTS ON HAND. THE PRICE WAS FAIR, TOO.

I HAVE A SLIGHT PROBLEM WITH THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK AS THEY OFTEN SEEM TO LACK THE TRAINING AND PROFESSIONALISM THAT I WOULD EXPECT. THE VET CARE IS ALRIGHT, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR IN THAT. THE PRICES ARE MORE REASONABLE THAN MOST VETS.

I HAD A WARRANTY FOR MY MAYTAG APPLIANCES BUT WHEN THE REPAIRMAN CAME OUT TO FIX THEM, HE BASICALLY THREATENED ME. I WAS SCARED AND I THOUGHT ABOUT CALLING THE POLICE WHEN THE REPAIRMAN REFUSED TO DO THE JOB OR GIVE ME A RECEIPT UNTIL I PAID HIM MORE MONEY.

I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH MAYTAG. THEY WERE VERY QUICK AT THE REPAIR, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. I USED THEM ONCE BEFORE, AND THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB THEN ALSO.

THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY I HAVE MET. THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME OUT, THEY FIXED THE APPLIANCE, NOT LONG BEFORE IT BROKE BACK DOWN. THEY CAME BACK OUT AND CHARGED ME FOR THE SECOND VISIT, WHEN IT WAS THEIR FAULT.

THE DELIVERED MY WASHER ON TIME AND IN PERFECT CONDITION. THEY DID NOT DESTROY ANY THING TRYING TO GET THE WASHER IN PLACE. THE DELIVERY GUYS WERE EXPERIENCED.

I WAS NOT TRULY HAPPY WITH THE WAY MY ORDER WAS INTERPRETED. I FINALLY HAD A CONVERSATION WITH MANAGEMENT AND GOT RESOLUTION. NUMEROUS VISITS WERE REQUIRED.

THE REPAIR WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, EXCEPT FOR THE DEDUCTIBLE PART. THE WORKER FIXED WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED, BUT HE DIDN'T REPAIR THE COMPLETE PROBLEM. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORKERS EFFORT, BUT NOT SATISFIED WITH THE JOB. I PROBABLY WOULDN'T REFER THEM.

I WOULD SAY A ALRIGHT COMPANY. THE SERVICE GUY WAS VERY PLEASANT. I WOULD ASK QUESTIONS ON THE APPLIANCE AND HE KNEW THE ANSWERS. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT. HE GOT IN AND GOT THE WORK DONE AND CLEANED UP. I WOULD SAY I WAS VERY SATISFIED.

THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE HAD THE NECESSARY TOOLS AND PARTS ON THE TRUCK. THEY ARE REASONABLE WITH THEIR PRICE AND DO A GOOD JOB FOR THE MONEY.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS NOT GOOD. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM THEM. THE PROCESS OF GETTING SOMEONE OUT TO FIX IT WAS HORRIBLE, NO ONE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT.

THEY INSTALLED NEW PARTS AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND NEEDED NO FOLLOW-UP CALLS. THE REPAIRS WERE DONE AT DIFFERENT TIMES, I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK.
