"Hey [Member Name Removed], thanks for your kind words and your positive feedback you have for me here. Please call Pali's Electrical Service, anytime with any electrical concerns and needs that you might have. Thank you."
"I'm not sure why this client is not happy with my drywall work. I did them a favor installing the drywall up since it's not my job to repair or install the drywall. Obviously I'm an electrician not a handyman. I just felt that I could do it for them since they're seniors and this is the "thank you" I got. I did a very good job installing the drywall but I guess the client wanted me to paint it as well. I never promised them that I was going to install any drywall on my proposal I sent them. As far as the electrical goes I charged them about $1400 after giving them the senior discount. That's a very good price knowing that a lot of my competition out there charge over $2000 for a similar installation. The inspector failed me the first time because he couldn't see the ground rod in the ground and for something else that wasn't part of my installation whatsoever. On the top of that I didn't charge the client a service call when I went to the house originally to look up the breaker for the furnace that was totally burnt and fried. I installed a new breaker and never charged them. That would have been a charge of $200 that I waived. So I don't get it why are they unhappy with me."
I would Use Pali Electrical in the future without question. It's nice to know there are still craftsmen that do excellent work at a fair price.
He showed up on-time, performed his tasks in a professional manner, and was very easy to deal with.
He also explained how to operate a complicated outdoor light in a patient, knowledgeable manner so that I can fix the light myself in the future.
I would recommend Janko to anyone needing an electrician.
He is the only electrician I will use in the future!
Only problem that I had was that the lights did not come with any warranty -- not sure is this is standard or not with these lights : they are expensive LED lights with no bulb to replace - you have to replace the entire fixture if it goes bad.
"I want to take the time and thank my client (deleted member name) for the positive comments overall but the "pricey"one is the one I didn't like and don't agree with it. I charged for this job $1'400.00 total which $700.00 out of that went towards materials. So I made $700.00 for 2 people for 12 hours. I am not sure if that is considered "pricey" but I will let you members to decide that. It's about $58.00/hr. for a licensed electrician and an assistant. Thanks again to (deleted member name) for the rest of the positive feedback."
