This is a solo practitioner. He is busy but I managed to contact him via cell and between two other scheduled jobs, he squeezed me in. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and did a fine job. I provided the new faucet and he had it installed and working in no time.

Found leak and fixed the toilet seal.

It only took Mr. Offett about 10 minutes to figure out what was happening.  He was able to repair the leak and all has been well ever since.  Don't remember the cost, but whatever it was it wasn't outrageous and he was the only one who was able to figure out what was going on!!

Extremely responsive and knowledgeable!  Can't say enough good things.  I called this morning and they had it fixed and replaced before noon (I did get lucky with the schedule).  We've had a problem with a toilet and had numerous plumbers out.  They cleaned the drain and replaced the toilet with a much better one (old one was cracked, too).  Very professional.  Price was definitely fair (we recently remodeled another bathroom and the toilet was more and probably not as good).  They also were recommended by a friend that has used them.  Will definitely use them again if I have any further plumbing issues. Called around 1p, were scheduled by end of afternoon, and fixed by evening. price was much lower than we were quoted elsewhere and was reasonable considering it was a call-out on the sunday following christmas. Plumber was punctual and courteous and the repair was done promptly.

He was timely and very professional. He determined what was causing the leak and fixed it. He also replaced our drain stopper with out us mentioning it at no additional charge. He gave us tips for other things we could do. It was a great experience.

Scheduled me day after I called and showed up on time.  Did the work we discussed at the price that was estimated.  Estimated price was better than other estimates I got.  Very simple and easy and at a good price and I would use them again.

I called Offutt after another dentist (who always offers coupons) failed twice at fixing my kitchen sink.  We had a leak and Mr. Offutt replaced a part and problem is solved!

The plumber was on time, did a fine job, acted professionally and charged a reasonable price. This is the second time I have used Offutt and recommend them highly.

It took a while to find out where the clog was.  It ended up being pretty far down the line.  He had to go into our basement to snake the line from down there.  He was here for a little over an hour.  For some reason, he cut the pipe under our sink.  I don't know if it helped him snake it easier but it really didn't need to be done.  Then he put a clamp over it.  I thought this was an unneeded extra cost.  I also had to clean up after him as he didn't do it before he left.  I have never had a plumber fix anything so I don't know if this is standard or not.

The manufacturer hadn't sent all the right parts and they were able to use parts off the truck to repair my faucet.

The kitchen sink faucet began leaking and I opened it up to repair it (replace a spring and washer or a cartridge).  Because it was a single handle kitchen faucet, it was a bit more complicated that a simple repair.  With my house on the market for sale, I decided to call in a plumber. 

The first plumber I called said that he wouldn't repair it, unless it was a very high-end faucet ($600 - $800).  I would be better off just to replace it, with a modestly priced unit; another plumber basically told me the same thing.  I bought a new faucet and called Offutt.  My wife asked me to call Offutt, because when she last needed a plumber (when I was out of town) the "receptionist" was very nice and helpful.  Which I found to be true when I called.

I was told that it would be a non-emergency call and that the plumber, Renny, wouldn't be available until a few days later.  We set up a time and Renny arrived on time and ready to dismantle the old faucet install my new one.  The job took about 30 - 45 minutes.  Renny was both professional and personable.

He knows the parts and does the work quickly. He will even recommend if there has been problems or issues with parts, he lets me know if I should use a different part because he is aware of any issue with the ones I have. He is tremendous! He put things in layman's terms. You can ask him questions while he is doing the work, and he is happy to explain things to you! They also sent out reminders for what we should do to maintain our home which is very helpful throughout the winter. Everyone I know that has used him  has been extremely happy with services!

He did a great job:  came two times to my home, sent emails reminders of our appointmenst, and, as far as I tell, did a terrific job.

They were recommended to me from check book. The workers were great. They were here on time and they got the job done. I did not have any problems with them.

Very professional , showed up on time and provided quality work. I will hire him again.

The polar vortex caused a water pipe in my house to burst. Renny came out and diagnosed the issue as a result of a leaking interior valve. He provided some options for what to do with the valve (fix or replace) and gave his recommendation. He then also detected the exact spot of the leaking valve, cut the wall, and replaced the broken section of pipe. In addition, he was able to patch the wall with a plastic panel to avoid having to deal with the expense of drywall work.
Renny seems very competent, honest, and provides great recommendations and options. He explains what he is working on and has a pleasant demeanor. This is the second time that I've used him and won't hesitate to use him again when I require plumbing services.
