They are probably the most honest people that have ever worked for me, they could have easily sold me a new furnace. They said I did not need a new furnace and all I had to do was clean it, they also fixed my A/C unit. Stan was our technician he did excellent work.

Technician arrived within window given. He checked the AC unit and provided PM on it. He also checked our water heater when requested and provided an evaluation on it.

They've been really good, very prompt, efficient and honest. We had them dealing with our previous contractor who kept telling us our furnace was going to blow up every year and proceeded to take our furnace apart. We called this guy on a recommendation from a friend and he's been absolutely an excellent provider, great support and recommendation. We still have our furnace and when we need to get a new one we are going to use him to get a Trane. We are very pleased with him and he's very helpful. He goes out of his way to answer questions. He's even come over and given advice and not charged us for it when he could have charged us for a house call.

They don’t try to sell you more than want u need. They diagnosis the issue correctly and with no fuss. They had to go in my attic to replace a motor in brutal temperatures, and never had I heard a complaint

Our old heat pump was cheap for the builder but prone to problems and ultimately failed after only 8 years of use. We obtained 4 or 5 bids. While I was impressed with the professionalism of most of the companies, Steve Barry, the owner of Northern Virginia Mechanical Services, was particularly helpful, gave us the best price, and was able to accommodate our scheduling challenges. He and his employees worked efficiently and neatly, and the resulting work looked thoroughly professional. The unit has worked like a charm. The new unit, a Trane system, is clearly far superior to the one that had been there. The outdoor heat pump is larger and stands taller, which is reassuring after our 30+ inch snows buried the old unit completely, something that probably didn't cause the failure but couldn't have helped. I am very likely to use this company again.

They did a very good job and the experience went pretty well. It was a full day work and they completed it before leaving. There were some small things that they fixed next morning. They were very professional, punctual and very prompt. They did very clean work.

It went fantastic, I was very pleased. They said they would be here between nine and ten and they were here at nine thirty. We have a tight area downstairs were the air handler was and they got it out with out damaging anything. They had put down drop cloths to protect the carpet. They cleaned up well. They job was done in five hours. All the equipment was installed nicely and the unit is up and running.

They took care of everything from duct work to the HVAC units and even installing new dryer vents. They were always on time and performed quick work. Their quote was much less than the other I received. They were great to work with and I would use them again.

THE OWNER PERSONALLY CAME OUT TO GIVE US THE ESTIMATE AND EXPLAINED ALL OF THE VARIOUS OPTIONS WITHOUT PRESSURING US TO BUY THE MOST EXPENSIVE SYSTEM. HIS PRICE WAS BELOW TWO OTHER BIDS WE RECEIVED. THE SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED WHEN PROMISED. WE HAD TWO MINOR PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM NOT OPERATING AS EFFICIENTLY AS WE EXPECTED. ONCE WHEN THE OUTSIDE THERMOFORMING WENT BELOW FREEZING THE FIRST TIME AND ONCE WHEN WE TURNED ON THE AC FOR THE FIRST TIME. BOTH WERE QUICKLY FIXED WITH A MINOR ADJUSTMENT OR THE ADDITION OF MORE FREON ON BOTH OCCASIONS, THE COMPANY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO OUR CALLS AND SENT A TECHNICIAN OUT WHO RESOLVED THE PROBLEMS AT NO COST TO US. WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED BECAUSE THE COMPANY HAS FULLY STOOD BEHIND THE SYSTEM THEY INSTALLED AND WE OBTAINED A VERY GOOD PRICE.
