Very well First charge was high. as they did da very thorough cleaning They cpme bi-weekly the same day around the same time. They charge $120 . They come with the owner or his son and 3 or more cleaners. They do the job quickly., If there is something extra that is small they do not charge. If I notice a problem they correct it the next time. They do charge extra for cleaning refrigerator. they listen carefully , do thorough job , and do not take items. I feel I can trust them. I do stay home and so I can remind them, and I have trust in their ability and integrity.

Nice deep clean of the entire house, including getting cleaning out stubborn spots and stains in the kitchen sink and bathrooms. Ines showed up on time with a 4 staff and all necessary supplies and equipment. They were out of our house within 3 hours.

I highly recommend Ines and her team. She came by to give me an assessment and quote, and she was punctual and professional. She was flexible in terms of when she could come for the assessment and the cleaning, so even though it was a short-notice request she worked to accommodate me. The team was punctual and thorough - the house looked fantastic after they finished. I did a little dust test afterwards and they truly got every service out there. We had some stubborn mold stains on our shower that they got rid of completely. And they use organic cleaning materials that smell great - no chemical smell at all! We will absolutely be using them again.

Their service is fantastic. They are completely reliable and have never missed a cleaning without prior coordination. They are wonderful with my dogs, my kids, and our mess. Over the years we have gotten to know them and trust them. The quality of their work is fantastic. Even when they bring on new people they take the time to train them and make sure they are doing quality work. We always have someone in the crew that I know and they always take time to talk to us and make sure everything is going well. The fact that they use green cleaning materials is an added bonus.

Inez and the Nice and Neat team clean my house every three weeks. First of all, being accommodating to have my cleaning every 3 weeks (instead of 2 or 4) was very helpful. If I need to reschedule or have any issues, Inez is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The team does an excellent job. It is a pleasure to come home to a home cleaned my Nice and Neat. My bathtub is older and was always slightly dull. After I switched to Nice and Neat I was amazed at how bright and spotless it looked. The kitchen floor looks amazing and my hardwood floors feel very clean.

They do a great job. Obviously they do a great job cleaning, but their crew also comes and goes quickly, they are flexible if I need to adjust my cleaning day, and they point out areas that may need maintenance or attention. I would highly recommend Nice and Neat Clean!

Ines and her team are incredibly reliable, efficient, and leave my house spotless. I really love that Nice and Neat goes over my floors several times, and cleans baseboards. They also vacuum and mop under furniture, and take extra steps, like scrubbing and shining stainless steel sinks and bathroom hardware. They arrive when scheduled, and usually send several people, so they are done in about an hour.

Ines and the Nice and Neat team have cleaned our house for over 5 years and we continue to be impressed by the quality of their work. They are quick to respond and have always been able to accommodate our requests. Their service is very dependable and they always do a thorough job. They know the correct way to clean each surface from wood to tile to stainless steel. We have cats and that takes an extra level of cleaning to keep up with the fur. We began using Nice and Neat because Ines assured us they could handle cat fur. She was absolutely right. No problems. It's a real treat to come home on cleaning days! I highly recommend Nice and Neat Cleaning Service.

This team is the best we have ever used! We have two dogs and a cat so the house can quickly become a mess. They do an impeccable job making it a joy to come home to every time they are there. Unlike other services we have used, we only have to ask once for any special way we want something done. They do it right every time! I never have to worry about anything less than top quality each week. This is the team you want to hire!
