Natural Settings Landscape

There was a different person running it. For a short time they were difficult to get a hold of because the landscape head designer was on another job and I wasn?t aware of that. I have been very happy with what they have done. Sometimes you are waiting weeks for them to call back, but as far as what they have done and guaranteeing their work, they have been more than good. There were a few things that they put in, did not do well and they replaced it without any additional cost. We spent about $1800 for that service. They were here on the date they gave me and did the work and did not waste time. They were good and they were right on the nose when they said they were coming. I also thought that their prices were reasonable.

They did a phenomenal job on my yard and it looks great. They were very easy to work with, had great ideas and willing to work with me within my budget. After seeing my yard few of my neighbors also hired them and they were extremely happy. The only thing that could have been better was responsiveness. They eventually do respond but, it's not as quickly as I would have liked.

Would have been good, or seemed to be. Then at the last part, I had to go to the gym. When I came back, they had finished. The sod is poorly put down and in many places, I have large gaps. It also is not even, it goes up and down. In my contract, they were supposed to compact the place, but obviously they have not. They were all very, very polite, but my lawn is going to turn out awful by summer. It goes up and down, and a lot of it is not taking, even though I watered as I was told to. He doesn't guarantee the sod, obviously, for this shoddy job. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

The owner,Steve Arnold, came out to the house to estimate the job and was on site while the work was performed. The company regraded the drainage swale, added dirt to house foundations on both sides of the swale, raised an air conditioner compressor 3 inches, installed sod and mulch to finish the job. All work was completed neatly and professionally and the company left the site very clean.

Took all the time we needed to help us understand his estimate, design and choice of plants. Work was done when scheduled. They removed about 10 old perennials that were provided by the builder 20 years ago. Installed underground perf. pipe to carry rainwater from downspout to other side to prevent flooding sidewalk. Planted a variety of perennials very well suited for the location in height, color, and sunlight exposure. Work was prompt, neat, and workmanlike. Owner arrived when crew started, visited while job in progress, and at end. Checked with me the next day to see that I was satisfied. Gave us credit for plants not used but did not charge for upgrades from estimate that was necessary because nursery did not have the smaller size he wanted. The area is beautiful. The owner is a great guy to work with.
