The work is is great. I've never had any complaints. What stands out most is that the owners are very easy to talk to, and they are also very caring. They go above and beyond the normal cleaning company.

The house is very clean. In addition they were able to schedule our first cleaning with short notice. They have been very responsive via email and we are very happy with their service.

As far as the cleaning went, they were great. The house was clean and smelled wonderful.
My complaint is they broke a $400 pair of eye glasses and did not own up to it. I found them shortly after they left my home.

They're very reliable. They come on time and they do a good job. Independent cleaners get sick or wouldn't make it sometimes but Molly Maid makes sure they have someone come out no matter what. They're a little bit on the expensive side but I would prefer quality. I'm not looking for a bargain -- I'm looking for somebody who gets the job done well.

The service providers show up each Wednesday, as scheduled, and are efficient and timely in providing their services. Definitely provided that and quot;come home to a clean houseand quot; feeling each and every week.
Do: Show up as scheduled. Provide a thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen and floors. Lightly dust.
Do Not: Provide thorough dusting or cleaning of all horizontal surfaces. Always put things back exactly as they were found. Do not scrub floors and baseboards.

It went very well. Exceptionally professional and very specific to the needs of my particular house.

The price was reasonable compared to some others I've seen on this site. However, their services were only mediocre. Every time they came, some part of the expected cleaning job was not done well. It was difficult to ask the ladies to do something because they spoke nearly no English. We tried to work with the office to get them to do a better job with the dusting but it was very frusterating. They consistently did a good job on bathrooms and kitchens which is why we stuck with them so long. The office people were not very professional and made our experience with this company a bad one. We finally quit using them because of the combination of the mediocre dusting and vacuuming and the terrible office staff.
