My complaint is they broke a $400 pair of eye glasses and did not own up to it. I found them shortly after they left my home.
Do: Show up as scheduled. Provide a thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen and floors. Lightly dust.
Do Not: Provide thorough dusting or cleaning of all horizontal surfaces. Always put things back exactly as they were found. Do not scrub floors and baseboards.
