NOLBERTO was very professional, effective and executed the project in a timely fashion. He was very easy to work with. He communicated with me throughout the process. Even when I had to be out of town, he was still very conscientious and completed everything as expected. I would highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Hired to do a small caulk/paint job on home exterior. Roberto was extremely communicative via text and phone during the estimate process and throughout the project. Master Improvement Painting ruined our brand new trim, their work was very sloppy with the filling and calking, they left paint drips everywhere on the trim (including on the walls) and they left little bumps all over our walls due to either painting with a dirty brush or letting the paint get too dry while continuing to use it. Additionally, their drywall work was extremely bumpy and curvy - not flat. I had them try to sand and redo the trim because it was so obvious at first look, but they still left a mess. There was absolutely no attention to detail. We had to hire another company to redo the entire house and fix the mess they made. We have not had any of the same issues with the other company we hired which leads me to believe that Master Improvement Painters are not properly trained or are not professionals - not sure which. I also didn't realize how terrible it was until after I had paid them and started sanding down the messy trim myself and got a good look at the walls - so I am out thousands of dollars. I'm happy to speak with the owner to resolve this if he is willing but so far my attempts to contact him have gone unanswered. I've decided to post this review so that other people do not get stuck in the situation that we found ourselves in.

Roberto, Gustavo, and their painting and floor refinishing crews did a superb job for me. They painted the entire interior of my home, thoroughly preparing and cleaning the surfaces first. Then the flooring division of the company refinished all the wood floors, installed wood to replace old linoleum in the kitchen, and installed tile in the master bath. When that was done, the painters came back and touched up as needed. The crew worked steadily and efficiently and the men clearly knew what they were doing. On several occasions, the went the extra mile, suggesting some small adjustment at no extra cost to me then doing the work. I'm completely satisfied with the work and am glad I hired Master Improvements to do both the painting and flooring jobs as the crews coordinated their efforts very smoothly. I recommend this company for painting or flooring work without the slightest reservation.

Roberto is great, his crew was able to start right away, he quote came in less than others I got, and was finished painting my entire condo in less than 2 days. He was very accommodating. HOWEVER, I was told his painters would cover everything, which they clearly didn't- there are tiny paint splatters all over my hardwood floors, granite countertops, and bathroom mirror which I've been slowly chipping away for the last 2 weeks. I was also told that I didn't need to roll up my (expensive) rug because his guys would, and I came home the first day to it still laying on the floor with boxes and furniture on top of it, very disappointing.

Roberto and his team are pure magic. First, Roberto received our modest, 2-part painting project like a mega-money maker during the estimate. The team was prompt and efficient getting started. I have never seen such exacting lines without aid of painter's tape! Simply a flawless job. They've earned our recommendation and all future business. They even confirmed the amount of paint we have on site for the 2nd part of the project, which we'll schedule with them in the spring. Lastly, did I mention that they are all really nice people, too? Wow! Roberto mentioned at the estimate that his team is talented...sooooo spot-on, no exaggeration. They delivered. Thanks, gentlemen, for helping us make our new home ours! We look forward to finishing our painting projects with your team.

My original project was to get an estimate on indoor portions of the home that I was unable to paint. I asked Roberto to give me estimates on other areas that I had planned on painting myself. After receiving his estimate I hired them to paint virtually every room of my house, including hallways and stairs. The team arrived on time or a few minutes early each day. They worked hard, long days. The results are amazing. I plan to hire them again to do the outside of the house.

Good Job

They were meticulous in every way and all the workers were very courteous. Roberto always went the extra mile to be sure that I was satisfied in every way. I will definitely use them for any future painting needs. They also refinished a hardwood floor and did a fine job.

Master Improvement was very reasonable in cost. They came in and completed my entire basement with two bedrooms, a small kitchen, media room and living room in two days. They did excellent work and were prompt and trustworthy. I'll use them again.
