Massage Envy - Sterling

It went very badly. Massage Envy will only redeem accumulated credit for 60 days after resigning their membership. They offer an alternative. Members may opt out of the monthly Wellness fees in favor of a "Freeze Plus" option at a reduced rate, i.e. $20 instead of $60. The sole benefit of the $20 per month fee is to allow the member to redeem the service for which they already paid. In other words Massage Envy charges members $20 for the privilege of redeeming services for which the member has already paid. The Freeze Plus agreement includes waiving rights to take legal action against Massage Envy as a result of issues that arise under terms of either the Wellness or Freeze Plus agreement. So, clearly the company realizes people consider this option to be a rip off that they have no alternative but to accept. It appears that Massage Envy has deliberately established a scheme to mislead customers and take their money in bad faith.

The staff is very knowledgeable and gives you VIP treatment.  The atmosphere is a perfect setting.  It is amazing how much one's physical well being is greatly improved by a massage.  Definitely recommend.  If you have specific needs, the staff is very helpful in providing the appropriate masseuse to help relieve tension and target areas of pain and so on.

I've been using them off and on for probably about 2 years. They are very professional. They are very customer service oriented. They actually listen to you and work with you on your problem areas whether that be your back or your leg or your neck and help in the manner.

I have been getting monthly facials with Sabrina Jawad for over a year. She uses Murad skin care products, and takes the time to develop an at-home skin care routine that fits the specific needs of my skin. She has made a huge difference in the appearance and tone of my skin, I would recommend her to anyone!

They were okay. They were professional, but they were not overly friendly. They were even hard to give an appointment with you. My experience with them was just average; there was nothing special about their service.

I have gone to Jarrett Tabb at Massage Envy for over a year. Every time I have an appointment, not only does Mr. Tabb review any problems/issues I'm having, asks what I am looking for out of the appointment (a relaxation massage, to focus/work on specific areas, etc), he also has a wonderful, friendly demeanor. After the massage, he reviews any areas to focus on during the next appointment. After every appointment I leave feeling more rejuvenated and relaxed. Over the last year, there has been a huge improvement in my stress level, comfort, and posture since going to Mr. Tabb.

Check in is really simple; just go in the door and tell them your name. There is a small but comfortable resting room that you can wait in before your therapist comes to get you. Once you are called, you will go into the massage room with your therapist and discuss any issues you have, and what you would like to have worked on. All of the therapists are very professional, and you can get undressed as much as you feel comfortable with, as you will be covered by a sheet at all times. The therapist will ask through out your session if the pressure is good, and if you need anything. They will work on the specific areas you need work on, and then as time permits, they will give you a relaxing massage on the rest of your body (except for any private parts, of course). When the massage is over, they will tell you your time is up, and to take your time getting up and getting dressed. They wait outside the door for you with a glass of water and give you a rundown of what they found during the massage and what you can do in the future to help yourself.
