Mahabir Lawn & Landscaping

Mahabir is an eccentric fellow. He is like the eccentric uncle and you just can't help but love him! When I first started using him, his punctuality is not good, but I just kept on using him because I had gotten used to him. I just trust him, and I trust that he is not going to take me to the cleaners, and he is not going to overcharge me. He is going to give me recommendations, and if I don't like them, he's OK. He doesn't give me a hard time about it. There have been times when I have to say, "Look, you have to come and mow on a regular basis without me reminding you every time," and he says "All right". One year he was so not punctual that I told him I wouldn't use him any more. The next year, when I told him I wasn't going to use him for mowing, he kept coming to mow. So I asked him why couldn't you come when I wanted you to? So I didn't use him for one year. Now, he is great for landscaping, just not great for regular mowing, so I decided to give him another try. And his timing for mowing is still not good. But, like I said, he is like the eccentric uncle that you just love. This time when he came he put in some new berry bushes for me, uprooted some trees, did all the mulching and weeding. He was here for 3 1/2 , maybe 4 hours. He charged me $475 which is "dirt" cheap. It is just amazing the amount of work that he did. He has the same crew, the same group of guys that he has used three years in a row, which is nice because they know what they are doing and you get to know them.
